Branch Head - Kinder City

About the role

Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of the branch. Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees to achieve operational and sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for children and parents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sales, expenses, inventory, and other branch performance indicators
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and activities to increase customer traffic and revenue
• Generate new ideas and strategies to improve branch operations and customer engagement
• Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures
• Prepare and submit regular branch reports and updates to management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Hospitality, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in branch operations, retail, hospitality, leisure, or a related industry
• Experience in marketing, promotions, or business development is an advantage
• Creative and proactive, with the ability to develop new ideas to attract customers and improve the business
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
• Willing to be assigned in EVIA Lifestyle Center.
