Branch Head Sales

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Branch Head Sales with 1013 years of

financial services experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong

background in managing senior sales teams, handling high-value HNI

portfolios, and driving consistent revenue growth at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 10–20 senior sales professionals

Acquire, manage, and expand a high-value HNI & UHNI client

portfolio

Leverage an existing HNI client base to close large-ticket investments

Drive lead generation, client conversion, and premium deal closures

Build long-term relationships with business owners, promoters, and

investors

Execute branch-level sales strategies and revenue targets

Coordinate with marketing teams for HNI-focused events, investor

meets, and campaigns

Motivate, mentor, and monitor senior sales teams for high performance

Ensure compliance, reporting, and business governance
