Job Description – Branch Incharge (Sales Outlet)

Company: Gargson Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day sales operations of the outlet.
• Lead, guide and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Generate new leads and ensure proper follow-up and conversion.
• Handle customer enquiries, test drives, bookings and deliveries.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, enquiries, bookings and retail reports.
• Coordinate with the Head Office, Finance, Insurance, RTO and other departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper showroom discipline, documentation and daily reporting.
• Develop local market opportunities and support promotional activities.
• Take responsibility for achieving branch sales targets and overall business performance.

Eligibility:

Graduate preferred.

2,3,4-wheeler automobile sales experience preferred.

Minimum 5-6 years of relevant sales experience preferred.

Location: Bhawanipatna – Attangaguda/Bundalguda, near Bhagirathi Park.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
