Branch Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced Branch Lead to manage a busy financial services branch in Donegal Town.

This is a customer-focused leadership role, responsible for leading a small team, delivering an excellent in-branch experience and supporting customers with their everyday banking and mortgage needs.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing a small branch team.
• Driving branch performance, customer experience and service levels.
• Using MI and performance data to monitor and improve results.
• Maintaining strong risk, compliance and operational standards.
• Overseeing day-to-day branch operations, cash handling and security processes.
• Managing customer complaints and escalations effectively.
• Building strong relationships within the local community.
• Working with regional leadership to implement change and improve customer experience.

About You

We are looking for an experienced financial services professional who is confident leading a team and building strong customer relationships.

Essential:

• QFA qualification.
• Previous experience within banking or financial services.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading or developing a small team.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and operational controls.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
