About the Role

Profiles Educational Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Branch Manager – Admissions & Operations to lead our Palakkad branch and drive student admissions, team performance and branch growth.

The ideal candidate should have experience in education, admissions, educational consultancy, counselling, EdTech, sales or a related field, with strong leadership and team-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Palakkad branch.
• Lead and motivate the admissions and counselling team.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.
• Manage the complete student admission funnel from lead generation to admission.
• Monitor lead follow-ups, counselling, applications and conversions.
• Ensure timely and effective follow-up with students and parents.
• Monitor CRM/lead-management activities and maintain accurate records.
• Review team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Monitor branch sales and admission performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
• Handle escalated student/parent concerns professionally.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Ensure a professional, disciplined and target-oriented working environment.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in educational consultancy, admissions, education sales, EdTech, career counselling or related fields.
• Previous team-management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation and conversion skills.
• Good understanding of student counselling and admissions.
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work with targets and performance metrics.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and take ownership of branch performance.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
