Branch Manager-Agency Sales

• Manage and drive health insurance business through the Agency Channel.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Agency Managers/Field Sales professionals.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and activate insurance advisors/agents.
• Achieve branch sales, recruitment, activation, and revenue targets.
• Develop the local market and generate new business through the agency network.
• Monitor team and agent performance, sales pipeline, and business conversion.
• Conduct regular team meetings, field visits, and agent engagement activities.
• Ensure quality business, persistency, and compliance with company guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with 5 to 10 years of experience in Health Insurance/BFSI Agency Sales.
• Proven experience in team handling, agent recruitment, and business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented with good local market knowledge.
