Job Description Gold Loan Positions

Location: Karnataka – Multiple Branches

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day branch operations and customer service.
• Generate new Gold Loan business and achieve assigned targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Explain Gold Loan products, interest rates, schemes, and repayment options to customers.
• Ensure proper KYC, documentation, gold appraisal, loan processing, and disbursement as per company policy.
• Follow up on renewals, repayments, overdue accounts, and customer requirements.
• Support cross-selling of other financial products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and operational procedures.
• Maintain branch records and ensure smooth branch functioning.
• Handle customer queries and resolve grievances professionally.

Preferred Profile:

• Any Graduate.
• Experience in Gold Loan will be preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a branch environment.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered for suitable positions.
