Branch Manager (Batangas)

A Branch Manager is responsible for managing a branch operation in accordance with the company standards to attain company goals and objectives.

Job Description:

• Operational Efficiency

1. Ensures implementation of standard operating procedures as contained in the operations manuals,
2. Reviews branch accounts Returned Check Notice (RCN), Debit Memos and Daily Cash Collections Report (DCCR) including attachments of OR, Deposit slip, and Dated checks)

• Sales/Marketing

1. Ensures booking target is achieved.
2. Visits clients/customers regularly and maintains good relationship with them to encourage repeat business

• Collection Efficiency

1. Achieves and maintains Collection Efficiency (CE) target following the company credit standard policy and guidelines
2. Releases proceeds of loan, conducts customer orientation, discussion of Installment Plan Guide (IPG) and PPC discussion.

• Profit and Financial Control

1. Attains NIBT target for the branch

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or Business
• Related work experience is an advantage
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and Learning Management System
• Ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced and time-critical environment
• Ability to show creative and flexible thinking
• Strong time management skills
