Branch Manager (Chinese speaking)

Our client is a global premium indoor skiing brand. The company offers a full experience—from learning to ski indoors to joining real skiing trips overseas . After building a successful business in HQ, they are now expanding into Thailand.

For this Branch Manager (Chinese speaking) position:

They are looking for an experienced and hands-on leader to become the Branch Manager of Thailand.

In this role, you will be fully responsible for running the business, including strategy, operations, and team management. The main goal is to successfully bring company’s proven business model from HQ into the Thai market and grow it into a leading premium sports and lifestyle brand.

Job description

• Localize and implement the company’s proven business model from headquarters to successfully establish and grow operations in Thailand.
• Formulate and execute both short-term and long-term business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead and manage all operational activities, including front-line retail operations and administrative support functions.
• Maintain excellence in customer service, staff development, operational standards, and facility/equipment upkeep.
• Drive market awareness and promote participation in indoor skiing within the Thai market.
• Expand customer acquisition, retention, and membership engagement initiatives.
• Integrate indoor ski training programs with international ski travel experiences and partnerships.
• Ensure a seamless and premium customer journey across all touchpoints.
• Assume full accountability for business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and overall P&L management.
• Optimize operational productivity while maintaining effective cost and budget controls.
• Establish and strengthen the company’s position as a leading premium sports and lifestyle destination for affluent consumers in Thailand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in premium fitness, sports, hospitality, luxury services, or lifestyle-focused businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into operational execution and measurable results.
• Comfortable operating at both executive leadership and hands-on operational levels.
• Strong knowledge of Thailand’s business landscape, regulatory requirements, and high-net-worth consumer segments.
• Fluent in Thai and Mandarin Chinese.
• Experienced in collaborating with multicultural teams and managing relationships with international stakeholders.
