What they need
- Bachelor of Science in Commerce, preferably with a major in Sales & Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or Financial Management.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in Sales and Collections, and 1 year in People Management.
- Proficient in Sales and Collections
- Proficient in MS Office Tools, like Excel, Word, and PPT.
- Proficient in Data gathering and analysis, and in inventory management.
- Knowledgeable in Market Mapping and Research.
- Strong people management skills and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have a Professional Driver's License.
Complexity of Work
Work involves problems that require a moderate degree of analysis and problem-solving, creativity, and judgment.
Work condition
The role may require occasional travel to different sites for sales, collections, or other business needs.
