About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our store operations in Venice Grand Canal Mall Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving the success of our branch and contributing to the overall growth of Great Image Services Corporation. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining profitability, and developing a high-performing team. This position is essential to achieving our strategic objectives and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the retail market.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve overall branch profitability

• Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and procedures

• Monitor customer service quality and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Analyse sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for growth

• Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and liaison with suppliers to ensure product availability

• Handle customer complaints and challenging situations professionally and resolve issues promptly

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and health and safety standards

• Prepare accurate financial reports and budgetary forecasts for the branch

• Communicate effectively with head office and other store locations to ensure consistency and alignment with company standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a retail management role, with at least 1-5 years in store management or similar supervisory position
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members
• Excellent sales acumen and demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
• Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems
• Strong financial literacy and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Outstanding customer service orientation and ability to create a positive customer experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with staff at all levels
• Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and retail management software
• Fluency in English and Filipino; additional languages are advantageous
• A genuine passion for retail and a commitment to achieving operational excellence
