Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations, sales, and customer service.
• Drive achievement of branch targets across CASA, deposits, loans, and cross-selling.
• Acquire new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Lead, monitor, and motivate the branch sales and service team.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high service standards.
• Monitor branch performance, business growth, and portfolio quality.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and local market prospects.
