Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our retail operations at La Sedia in Robinson Santiago City, Isabela. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on store performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, ensuring profitability, maintaining high service standards, and creating a positive work environment for your team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our store and contributing to the broader objectives of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective merchandising, promotional strategies, and customer engagement initiatives
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage
• Develop and supervise store staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and professional growth
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements across all store operations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address customer concerns promptly, and gather feedback to enhance the customer experience
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and support to improve staff productivity and engagement
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is clean, welcoming and well-organized

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in retail store management or a similar leadership role within the retail and consumer products sector
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability in a retail environment
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and develop staff at all levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, staff and senior management
• Sound financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, financial reporting and cost management
• Knowledge in retail management software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Customer service excellence and a commitment to delivering an outstanding shopping experience
• Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours when required, including weekends and public holidays
