You’ll already know TJM as one of Australia’s leading and most respected brands within the 4WD Industry. We specialise in the development and distribution of 4WD accessory equipment throughout Australia and our Global Distribution Network.

Come join our TJM Ipswich team as our Branch Manager and lead a team of keen Customer Sales and Workshop team members as they equip our customers for their next 4WD adventure! TJM Ipswich is a brand new Company owned store, part of our ever expanding network, backed by the support of Aeroklas Asia Pacific Group and our global parent.

Your role in our Team

You’ll be an enthusiastic and motivated leader who is also a hands-on team player who takes pride and ownership of your work. You’ll love our industry and providing exceptional customer sales and service, equipping our customers for their next 4WD adventure!  Building a team, mentoring and growing your team members to be their best is a passion of yours.

You’ll report directly to our highly regarded Retail Operations Manager and work in partnership with your team and collectively you’ll ensure our customer’s needs and expectations are in expert hands. And most importantly, you’ll take personal pride in ensuring our customers are delighted, well equipped with the right 4WD parts, on time, ready for their next adventure!

What you’ll bring to the Team

• Current Branch Management leadership experience with a proven track record of achieving KPI's and supporting business growth,
• Great communication and teamwork skills,
• A genuine work ethic and accountability,
• Exceptional sales and service skills combined with your passion for 4WD adventures, and helping equip others with the right gear for their next adventure!
