Qualifications

• A graduate of bachelor's degree in business management or any business-related course.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
• With good communication and negotiation skills.
• With Sales and Servicing background
• Driving skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Creating, implementing, and evaluating the branch's business plan.
• Hiring new employees, training, mentoring, supervising and disciplining staff in order to ensure the overall efficiency of daily operations.
• Monitoring the financial transactions executed and the office activity performed at the branch office.
• Overseeing office equipment maintenance, monitoring, calibration and repair as well as replacement of missing supplies when necessary.
• Building and maintaining strategies with existing and potential customers in order to establish long term, trustworthy relationship.
• Generating Sales from different Intermediaries (Brokers, Agents, Personal Sales)
• Building up the Agency team
• Regular visitation to the accredited Brokers
• To accredited and partner with Brokers
• To generate personal Sales based on the given annual target
