Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our San Fernando Pampanga branch at Wisefund Finance Corporation Ortigas. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in driving business growth, managing daily operations, and building a high-performing team. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the San Fernando Pampanga location
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed branch revenue targets and business objectives
• Recruit, train, motivate and manage a high-performance sales team to deliver exceptional results
• Monitor and analyse branch performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer retention and satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements in the finance industry
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion possibilities within the San Fernando Pampanga area
• Manage branch budget and control operational costs whilst maintaining profitability
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development support to team members
• Represent the company professionally at community and business events to enhance brand visibility

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management or a similar leadership role, preferably in the finance or financial services sector
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business objectives
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate, develop and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Sound knowledge of finance products and services, or willingness to develop this expertise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory standards in the finance industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales Management or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software systems
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the branch territory as needed
