Branch Manager

BRANCH MANAGER – RIYADH 🇸🇦

Transit Tours & Travel is looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Riyadh branch and oversee its sales, operations, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Riyadh branch.
• Lead and develop the sales and reservations team.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop new Corporate, B2B and B2C business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, hotels, airlines, and suppliers.
• Supervise flight, hotel, holiday, visa, cruise, and travel service operations.
• Monitor branch performance, productivity, customer service standards, and profitability.
• Identify new opportunities within the Saudi travel and tourism market.
• Ensure smooth coordination with the company's management and other regional offices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the Travel & Tourism industry .
• Previous experience in a managerial or senior leadership position within a travel agency or tourism company.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi travel market .
• Strong sales, business development, and team management skills.
• Experience in Corporate Travel, B2B and B2C sales .
• Good knowledge of airline reservation systems and travel operations; Amadeus experience .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English .
• Based in Riyadh .
