Roles and Responsibility

• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, including sales growth and customer acquisition.
• Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals, providing guidance on product knowledge and customer service standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing teams and achieving business objectives in the BFSI industry.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
