About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), primarily working Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work additional days as required.

Based in Rotorua, you'll lead the operations of both our Rotorua and Taupo branches, with occasional travel to Taupo to support the team and business needs.

As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for driving performance across both locations, leading and developing your team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, fleet, and operational performance
• Coach, mentor, and support team members to achieve their best
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain strong NPS performance
• Ensure fleet availability, presentation, and operational efficiency
• Monitor branch performance, budgets, sales targets, and KPIs
• Drive revenue growth and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Manage recruitment, employee development, and people leadership activities
• Partner with Branch Managers and the Network Manager to uphold Ezi leadership standards
• Champion Health & Safety and foster a safe workplace for your team

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years' experience in a people leadership role
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and engage teams
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Experience interpreting reports and using business data to drive performance
• A full, clean New Zealand driver's licence
• A tertiary qualification is advantageous but not essential
