About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd as a Branch Manager based in Lahad Datu District, Sabah. As our Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and operational success of our branch. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch management, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve ambitious sales targets.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive branch performance
2. Managing and motivating a high-performing team of sales and customer service professionals
3. Overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including inventory management, financial reporting, and compliance
4. Fostering strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
5. Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
6. Collaborating with the wider leadership team to contribute to the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

1. Substantial experience in a sales management or branch management role, preferably within the automotive industry
2. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving ambitious targets
3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
4. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
7. Relevant degree or certification in sales, business management, or a related field
