Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations and performance
• Drive client recruitment and business growth
• Oversee credit investigation, collections, and portfolio quality
• Lead and develop the branch team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Handle branch administration, cash management, and customer concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business-related course is an advantage)
• At least 3 years of experience in the microfinance industry or in a management role
• Strong leadership, analytical, planning, and people management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to travel
• High level of integrity and professionalism
