Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for leading a sales team at Branch Level. • Duties include setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and managing the performance of the sales team. • Work closely with other teams, such as Credit and operation team, to ensure alignment of sales goals and objectives.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience as a Branch manager or similar role • Excellent communications skills - written, verbal, presentation. • Experience leading a sales team in a specific geographic location. • Strong understanding of sales data analysis and market trends. • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills • Expertise in Excel
