Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall branch sales, operations, and business development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve branch sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and support team.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the Head Office, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor sales performance, receivables, inventory, and branch profitability.
• Prepare and review regular sales and branch performance reports.
• Handle key customers and resolve customer-related issues effectively.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch.
• Travel

Preferred candidate profile

• 510 years of relevant experience in Industrial Sales / Bearings / Engineering Products / MRO / Mechanical Products.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Experience in team handling and branch management.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and basic reporting.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
