About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead the overall operations and performance of our aesthetic clinic. The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving the clinic's revenue targets, ensuring excellent customer experience, maintaining smooth daily operations, and leading the clinic team to consistently meet performance and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the monthly revenue target and develop action plans to ensure target achievement.
• Monitor and improve sales conversion rates, including team performance in consultation, upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure complaints or escalations are handled promptly, professionally, and effectively.
• Oversee overall daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and well-organized operations.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs and productivity, providing regular coaching and performance feedback when needed.
• Manage employee attendance, scheduling, discipline, and overall workforce performance.
• Monitor and control overtime and manpower costs while ensuring sufficient staffing for clinic operations.
• Manage inventory and operational costs, including stock availability, usage, wastage, and other clinic expenses.
• Ensure all team members consistently comply with company SOPs, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the clinic team to build a high-performance and accountable working culture.

About you

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, sales operations, or a managerial role.
• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Clinic Manager in the beauty, aesthetic, or skincare clinic industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in the aesthetic clinic, beauty, wellness, healthcare, retail, or other service-based industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, conversion rates, customer service, and operational KPIs.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance revenue growth, customer experience, and cost control.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for branch performance.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
