We're currently looking for a Branch Manager who can lead a high-performing team, keep the shop running smoothly, and make sure our customers leave satisfied every time. What You'll Do

• Be the go-to person for customer questions, service issues, and branch decisions.
• Write up service orders and make sure customer needs are met from start to finish.
• Work closely with mechanics, sales, and delivery drivers to keep things running like clockwork.
• Manage inventory, staffing, scheduling, and the overall day-to-day operation of the branch.
• Lead and coach a team that's proud of the work they do and the service they provide.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in branch, operations, or store management
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Working knowledge of inventory control, profit/loss statements, and safety compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in business software and systems (e.g., inventory, ERP, Microsoft Office).
• Preference may be given to those with experience in the heavy-duty truck industry

PhysicalWork Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in a warehouse or shop environment.
• Occasional travel to other branches, customer sites, or training events.
