- Manage and oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the diagnostic branch.
- Drive branch revenue, profitability, and business growth.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the branch team to improve productivity.
- Monitor patient/customer experience and ensure high service standards.
- Ensure timely sample collection, processing, and report delivery as per TAT.
- Monitor branch KPIs, productivity, and operational performance.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, phlebotomists, and support teams.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
