Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven and capable Branch Manager to lead and optimise the performance of our branch at Morayfield. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering strong commercial outcomes, leading a growing team, and ensuring operational excellence, safety, and exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational, safety, and customer service excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of branch operations including fleet management, equipment logistics, and service delivery.
• Drive revenue growth through customer relationships, sales initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Manage branch financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and accurate documentation processes.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in a Branch Manager or similar leadership role with strong commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve results.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain key relationships.
• Experience managing operational performance, including fleet, logistics, or service delivery.
• Financial literacy, with the ability to interpret reports and manage budgets effectively.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the hire, construction, or related industry is highly regarded.
