Branch Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the opening and closing of the store, ensuring displays are properly arranged and maintained.

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, task allocation, and workflow planning.

Ensure all administrative tasks, reports, and communications are completed and submitted on time.

Monitor and control customer repairs and special orders.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.

Monitor store performance across key metrics (sales, audits, inventory variance, etc.).

Promote and advertise store products and campaigns, maintaining proper documentation of all activities.

Ensure effective merchandising and product presentation.

Lead, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback.

Foster a positive team environment aligned with company culture and values.

Ensure staff adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Oversee and manage the after-sales service process.

Supervise inventory management, including stock counts, reconciliation, and replenishment.

Monitor cash handling and ensure accurate reconciliation with sales records.

Maintain accurate store transaction records.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's in Business Administration.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Language Skills: English and Arabic.

Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP System.
