BookMyForex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager – Forex to lead our Bangalore branch operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Drive forex sales, remittances, and revenue growth.
• Handle customer acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
• Ensure smooth execution of forex transactions and branch processes.
• Manage and motivate the branch team to achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable forex/RBI and internal company processes.
• Monitor branch performance, cash management, documentation, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Forex industry.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Forex Operations, Sales & Remittances.
• Proven experience in branch handling and team management.
• Strong communication, customer-handling, and sales skills.
• Target-oriented and capable of managing overall branch performance.

Work Details

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Salary: Up to 7 LPA, depending on experience and suitability
