Branch Manager

• Assist the Retail Area Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• Monitor and maintain store inventory
• Participate in employee performance evaluation and identifying hiring and training needs
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
• Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
• Suggest sales training programs and techniques
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
• Handle complaints from customers
• Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable
• Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in the fashion retail industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service standards, and basic financial management principles.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to prepare, interpret, and analyze reports, sales data, and spreadsheets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by business needs.
