Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations
- Lead and train baristas and store staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and product quality
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and reports
- Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with standards
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience in F&B
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in inventory and cash handling
- Flexible, organized, and customer-oriented
