About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Davao City operations, ensuring efficient branch performance, service excellence, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees.
• Achieve branch business and revenue targets.
• Ensure strict security and regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor branch performance, budgets, and operational costs.
• Conduct audits and address operational and customer concerns.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in banking, financial services, or retail.
• Strong leadership, customer relationship, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of banking operations, security, and compliance.
• Experience in cash management or secure logistics is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
