About the role
This is a store management position responsible for driving sales, leading a team, and overseeing day-to-day store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales to meet or exceed store targets and KPIs
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about products and promotions
- Create and maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met
