Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and stock movement to ensure product availability
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, expand market presence, and increase market share
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate branch personnel to maintain a productive and efficient team
- Maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient deliveries
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards; submit regular financial and inventory reports to the head office
About you
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Willingness to do field work
