- Support management with reports and operational updates
About you
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with proven KPI achievements in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual and able to converse with Chinese-speaking clients
- Strong self-motivation
- Detail-oriented
- Able to deliver results under pressure and in a dynamic working environment
