Branch Manager

The role

Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Kota Kinabalu, Sabah location. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position in Kota Kinabalu.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management
4. Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand the business and improve customer satisfaction
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
6. Represent the company in the local community and build strong relationships with key stakeholders

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of successful sales management experience, preferably in the Sales industry
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
3. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
4. Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
5. In-depth knowledge of the Management sector and industry best practices
6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. We are seeking for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
