About the role

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and profitability of the branch. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
• Develop and implement strategies to increase branch sales and revenue
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff
• Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage branch budget and expenses

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• 3-5 years work experience
