Badlands Seamless Gutters is looking for a hands-on Branch Manager to lead local sales and daily operations. This is a working leadership role: you’ll help generate and close sales, coach the team, keep jobs moving, and make sure customers receive the service Badlands is known for.

Our standard is simple: Reputation Over Revenue. We want a leader who can grow the branch while earning customers’ trust.

What you’ll do

• Lead the branch’s sales activity and help meet monthly revenue and appointment goals
• Meet with homeowners, inspect gutter needs, prepare estimates, and close sales
• Follow up promptly with leads, estimates, and past customers
• Coach sales staff on appointments, product knowledge, follow-up, and closing
• Coordinate with installers to keep jobs scheduled and customers informed
• Monitor branch performance, customer satisfaction, and review requests
• Help resolve customer concerns and maintain high service standards
• Support hiring, training, and accountability for branch employees
• Keep company vehicles, equipment, and job information organized

What we’re looking for

• Sales experience and confidence speaking with homeowners
• Leadership experience, or a strong record of taking responsibility and delivering results
• Clear communication, dependable follow-through, and good organization
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
• Home improvement, construction, or gutter industry experience is a plus

Pay: Discussed during the hiring process, based on experience and the final compensation structure.
