Branch Manager

Atomic Credit Union is seeking a community-oriented leader with proven financial institution experience to manage our Washington Court House market.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about serving others, building strong community relationships, and helping members improve their financial well-being. The successful candidate will have the ability to make a positive impact in the Washington Court House area while leading branch operations, developing a high-performing team, supporting business and community development, and achieving market goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and administer branch operations

• Oversee the delivery of a full range of services to members and prospective members

• Ensure established policies and procedures are followed

• Ensure members are served promptly and professionally

• Train, direct, and supervise branch staff

• Perform other branch functions as required

• Managerial experience.

• Strong sales culture outlook.

• Communication and Leadership skills.

• Lending and Financial experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
