Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and workflow
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall branch/clinic presentation
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Supervise branch staff including receptionists, therapists, assistants, and other team members
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and punctuality
- Conduct performance monitoring, coaching, and evaluations
- Drive branch sales performance and achievement of revenue targets
- Ensure excellent client service and prompt handling of concerns or complaints
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and financial reports
