Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, customer service, and profitability of the insurance branch. The role involves leading a team of insurance professionals, achieving business targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales and operations staff.
• Drive business growth through customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, insurance regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage branch budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and business partners.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions for team members.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in the insurance industry, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of life, health, or general insurance products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets
