WE’RE HIRING | BRANCH MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our retail operations in Islamabad.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail sales, branch management, store management, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales staff.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving overall branch performance.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in managing daily branch operations, staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Ability to monitor inventory, stock movement, merchandising, and overall store presentation.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident, professional, well-groomed, and target-oriented personality.
• Experience in watches, fashion accessories, beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, or related retail industries will be preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day branch operations.
• Lead, train, and develop the retail sales team.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and daily sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve sales.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure a positive in-store experience.
• Ensure proper stock handling, inventory control, merchandising, and branch cleanliness.
• Prepare and maintain regular sales and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Identify sales opportunities and provide market and competitor feedback to management.
