Flipped Park is looking to hire a Branch Manager for one of its branch located in Sharjah - Sahara Center
Position: Branch Manager
Experience: 4 - 6 years in Entertainment & amusement side
Location: Sharjah - Sahara Center
Job duties:
* Manage daily branch/FEC operations and ensure smooth functioning
* Drive sales growth, control costs, and achieve targets
* Lead, train, and supervise staff performance
* Ensure excellent customer service and safety compliance
* Handle staff scheduling, customer complaints, and operational issues
* Monitor inventory, maintenance, and operational efficiency
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and mall regulations
