What they need
- Sales & Marketing: Implement company policies and marketing strategies, develop new initiatives, monitor market competition, and recommend strategies to improve sales.
- Branch Operations: Ensure consistent service quality, address customer concerns, inspect and appraise repossessed units, and oversee daily branch activities.
- Reporting & Compliance: Review and approve branch reports and ensure timely submission of required reports, permits, licenses, and tax payments.
- Team Management: Conduct daily sales meetings, monitor Sales and Service personnel performance, evaluate employees, and enforce workplace discipline.
- Administrative Management: Pre-screen applicants, supervise branch administrative functions, coordinate personnel concerns with HR, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Cost & Resource Management: Implement cost-cutting measures and ensure efficient use of branch resources.
- Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
