Branch Manager

Responsible for overall branch operations, performance & profitability of the branch. Drive & participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along withthe team to improve brand visibility Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure healthpipeline of leads resulting into business conversion & branch growth. Increase business inother third-party products Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions & retainment of oldcustomers Conducting error free valuation & appraisal of gold ornaments being pledged in branchwith correct weight & purity assessment as per company policy and auditory compliance Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility of safekeeping of pledged securities as percompany policies Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customersfor interest collections Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & fordeveloping cohesiveness within the company and co-workers. Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timelyfeedback on their performance. Maintaining quality & performance of the business, preparing various reports of the sameand take necessary actions for growth of business in branch Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customersfor interest collections. Responsible for correct valuation & maintenance of 100% process compliance at branch.Required Skill Set Interpersonal Skills &Analytical mind Knowledge of banking products, markets and relevant regulations Sales and negotiation skills Strong communication & presentation skills Ability to Work Under Pressure Strong Team P
