Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual branch sales targets.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team.
• Build strong relationships with architects, designers, developers, contractors and homeowners.
• Generate new business opportunities and grow the project pipeline.
• Personally handle and support high-value and strategic projects.
• Monitor pipeline, quotations, forecasts and sales activities.
• Conduct client presentations, negotiations and closing.
• Work closely with Project Management, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Take full ownership of branch sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in sales/team management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong B2B, project sales or consultative selling experience.
• Excellent prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Highly organized, accountable and results-oriented.
• Willing to conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.

Experience in architectural products, construction, aluminum windows & doors, building materials, real estate, or other premium/luxury products is a strong advantage.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
