An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Tauranga branch as the Branch Manager.

The successful candidate would ideally have a strong knowledge of and expertise in Refrigeration and Air conditioning industry, this is not essential

Tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and support branch staff to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
• Achieve branch budget, sales, and profitability targets.
• Monitor branch performance, stock levels, and business trends.
• Manage branch financial administration.
• Prepare and submit reports and forecasts as required.
• Ensure efficient branch operations and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications and experience

• A high standard of oral and written communication skills.
• Precision, accuracy and attention to detail, adopting a high degree of initiative and a proactive ‘can-do’ approach to unexpected situations and changing demands and schedules, and perform effectively under pressure while demonstrating confidence to all staff members.
• A strong knowledge of and expertise in Refrigeration and Air conditioning industry, and a high level of business acumen as applicable to the position’s area of responsibility.
