Qualifications & Experience

• MBA / MSW or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospital, healthcare, clinic, or service operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and operational reporting.
• Ability to manage staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.

Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital/clinic and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and coordinate staff, including doctors, nurses, therapists, front-office, and support teams.
• Monitor patient appointments, admissions, follow-ups, and overall patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Track team performance, attendance, productivity, and operational targets.
• Coordinate with doctors and department heads to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, facility requirements, and vendor coordination.
• Handle patient concerns and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Support management in achieving revenue, service quality, and business growth objectives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
