Branch Manager – Hampden and Lincoln Energy Services

R.H. Foster Energy is hiring a Branch Manager to oversee our Hampden and Lincoln locations. As a family-owned company, we value the relationships we build with customers and the communities we serve. This role combines team leadership and safe, efficient operations with a focus on growing the business in both markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive business growth in the Hampden and Lincoln markets by identifying prospective customers, developing local relationships, and pursuing opportunities for fuel delivery and service.
• Grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs, identifying additional services we can provide, and working with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners that strengthen R.H. Foster Energy’s presence in both markets.
• Set sales and growth goals with company leadership, track progress, and use customer and financial results to guide branch priorities.
• Lead drivers, service teams, and office staff across both branches, developing employees and delivering a consistent customer experience.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff. Support required training and certifications, recognize strong performance, and address concerns promptly.
• Help develop budgets, manage expenses, and improve branch profitability.
• Monitor delivery and service performance, customer satisfaction, inventory, safety, and compliance. Partner with the Delivery Center and other teams to resolve issues.
• Oversee driver performance and timecards, working with dispatch and Safety to support applicable transportation requirements.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and ensure employees have the equipment and training needed to work safely.
• Resolve customer concerns and incidents promptly, following company reporting procedures.
• Maintain inventory controls and ensure billing, invoicing, reporting, and payroll responsibilities are completed on time.

What You Bring:

• Experience leading teams in energy services, delivery, field service, or a similar operation, ideally across multiple locations.
• Experience developing new business, growing customer accounts, and building relationships in the communities you serve.
• The ability to coach employees, develop leaders, and hold teams accountable.
• A strong commitment to safety, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
• Comfort working with sales goals, budgets, financial results, inventory, and operational reports.
• Sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to balance priorities across two branches.
