Branch Manager

KATSUBI HAMILTON (New Branch), located in Richmond, is looking for a passionate and responsible BRANCH MANAGER (FULL-TIME).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and manage daily store operations to achieve efficiency, productivity, and profitability

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards

• Manage staff rosters and manage labour costs

• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly

• Oversee overall Front of House and Back of House operations

• Maintain food quality, plating, and service standards according to company guidelines

• Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans to achieve targets

• Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and stocktakes to minimise loss and shortages

• Handle accurate cash management, banking, and POS transactions

Requirements

• Previous experience as a supervisor or manager (hospitality experience preferred)

• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills

• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

• Must hold a valid visa allowing you to work legally in New Zealand

Employment Conditions

• 35-40 hours per week (Full-Time)
• Location: 501 Victoria Street, Hamilton Central, Hamilton 3204, New Zealand
• Expected Start Date: 10 November 2026
